I’m Michał Andros, a senior full‑stack engineer with more than 10 years of commercial experience building and scaling high‑traffic web platforms. My core stack is Ruby on Rails and Python/Django. Alongside it, I build LLM‑powered agents and automation workflows, and deliver smart contract and Web3 API integrations.
I currently work on one of Europe’s largest sports e‑commerce platforms, serving millions of customers across international markets. I design and develop distributed systems, high‑volume APIs and backend architecture, combining hands‑on full‑stack work with DevOps and technical leadership.
I care about systems that stay easy to change: clean architecture, readable code and long‑term maintainability. In practice that means TDD, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code and event‑driven design, backed by production observability (OpenTelemetry, Sentry) and cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
